The general living areas are open plan with doors from both the kitchen and the lounge leading out to different areas of the terrace. There is a central area on the other side with a lounge featuring a plush couch and a big-screen TV. This is followed by an entertainment room that will be of instant attraction to the younger members of the group. Fitted with comfortable seating, a TV with gaming consoles, toys and a football table that is the ultimate fun room. The doors lead out onto the garden and terrace, boasting epic views. There is another entertainment centre, focused on sports viewing with a TV and full-size snooker table.

Enjoy the outdoor areas which have been designed for any type of weather as certain sections are covered and others open up allowing guests to use those spaces to soak up the sun. There are wood barbecues, a trampoline, outdoor speakers an enclosed swimming pool and sun loungers which add to the enjoyment.

The upper level of the villa is dedicated to four bedrooms. Double doors open onto the impressive master suite with its corner position and stunning ocean and city views. The master suite is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed and doors that lead out onto a private balcony. The spacious en-suite bathroom boasts a double volume ceiling allowing for large windows and a magnificent view of Lions Head.

The second bedroom boasts a high loft ceiling and offers an abundance of space and light. It is perfectly furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower. One has a double bed while the other has is twin-bedded.
