Xanatseni Private Camp

Xanatseni Private Camp is a thatched camp providing absolute comfort while retaining the charm and ambience of a bygone era. Set within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve within the Greater Kruger National Park and consists of 5 Luxury en-suite Rooms with open views of the watering hole and bushveld. Xanatseni also has a Tseni two-bedroom Family Suite which can be booked out as a villa option offering a private guide and vehicle.

The Tseni Suite at Xanatseni Private Camp is a 2 bedroom suite overlooking an open area where wildlife passes through. It is equipped with a kitchen, lounge, dining room and TV with full DSTV and a boma. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and bath, as well as an air conditioner and ceiling fan. All meals will be served in the suite while guests enjoy their exclusive safari experience.

Within the main area of Xanatseni, you will find a lovely swimming pool, bar, main dining area as well as a bush boma perfect for enjoying pre-dinner drinks. Should you wish to sweat it out during your safari stay, there is a great gym available to all guests.

Game viewing at Xanatseni is conducted in an open vehicle and provides guests with the opportunity to see a myriad of wild animals including, but not limited to, the big 5 and a vast number of bird species.

About Klaserie Private Nature Reserve

The Klaserie Nature Reserve, (approximately 60 000 hectares), is part of the Greater Kruger National Park and open to the Kruger National Park and Timbavati Private Nature Reserve.

The private game Reserve lies along the western border of the Kruger National Park with no fencing separating the reserve from Kruger or the Timbavati, allowing the animals to roam freely between the Private Game Reserves and the Kruger Park. The game in both the Kruger Park and the neighbouring reserves is essentially the same, the difference being the experience of driving in open game viewers with a professional guide and that this area is known worldwide as the area where the white lion originate from. They are born in the wild and live in this area, so the gene pool of the white lion is carried within the lions of this area.
